Your four non-negotiables
- 01
One ball. Never erase a poor shot during the playing block.
- 02
One cue. Use no more than one technical thought in a session.
- 03
Small targets. Pick a start line and landing area before every shot.
- 04
Record the miss. Your pattern matters more than your best strike.

The complete 12-week program.
Two simulator hours per week, organised from baseline measurement to on-course transfer.
On-course transfer
A simulator can sharpen contact, carries, dispersion and decisions. It cannot reproduce uneven lies, rough, bunkers, wind feel or green reading. Play at least nine real holes every two weeks if access allows.
Watch the misses shrink.

The 37-ball benchmark
3 each to 40, 60, 80 and 100. Count finishes inside a 10-yard radius.
Random targets from 100–180. Change target and club every ball. Count greens.
Use a 35-yard corridor. Count playable balls and penalty-level misses separately.
